Pastry Pro: Best Manual Pastry Blender




 
If you want to make crusts that have butter in the list of ingredients, and you do not own a food processor, you need this puppy. Since you have to cut through cold butter in those recipes, the pastry blenders that have wire ends are useless. This bad boy has rigid blades that will cut through butta' all day long! The handle is big and soft and has indentations exactly where you need them so you can keep a good grip while you blend.
Even though I do own a food processor, I still use this guy to make biscuits and even pastry dough when I don't feel like dragging out the heavy artillery.
